All of our preferred providers receive preferential access to our Aegis owned and managed communities and a five percent base rate discount at any of our senior housing communities.

In addition, preferred vendors have the opportunity to cooperate with Aegis in co-marketing and endorsement activities. With the continued growth of our company, these vendors will have a loyal customer base that continues to expand as new Aegis properties are opened.

Our preferred providers are active in many levels in our communities. Partnering opportunities include leveraging food service relationships to assist with menu development and staff training; free financial services and house mortgages searches; pharmacy consulting services with seminars for employees/residents; carpet discounts, dealer recommendations and access to preferred installers networks.

Becoming a Friend of Aegis

The Preferred Provider program was developed to promote positive vendor relationships to provide significant value to the vendor, Aegis Living, and residents of our communities. Selection criteria for the Preferred Vendor program include:

• Superior products and services
• Understanding of AegisLiving objectives and alignment of business objectives
• Creative solutions for AegisLiving supply issues
• Willingness to create value-added products and services
• Participation in the benefit program for AegisLiving employees
• Ability to provide services and /or products to all Aegis locations (exceptions can be made upon review)
